This course includes:
A 12 week course cardiac rehabilitation
Complete review of medical history from your Cardiologist, GP, including medications and dosage
Comprehensive physical assessment to set a baseline
Goal setting to ensure we can track your journey together
The use real-time heart rate monitoring and periodic blood pressure readings during each exercise session.
Participate in structured group classes while being supported in a community of like-minded individuals
Data readings from your sessions to track progress
Access to heart health education seminars to improve your knowledge
Exercise under the supervision of trained cardiac rehabilitation professionals
